The facility we have developed can thermally decompose plastic waste in an oxygen-free environment, processing large quantities rapidly and without emitting pollutants. This continuous automated process is cost-effective and environmentally friendly, with minimal emissions of contaminants
Production of high-purity diesel and naphtha
Through thermal decomposition, we not only process waste without generating pollutants but also produce high-purity diesel and naphtha. These petroleum products can be used as raw materials for plastic products or to power engines and boilers on ships

How Does It Work?
After years of research and development, we have developed our proprietary thermolysis technology called SSP (Step-to-Step Pyrolysis), designed solely to tackle the vexing issue of plastic waste. This technology can precisely thermally decompose various mixed household waste, including different plastic types, in a straightforward manner. The continuous operation can run 24 hours, enabling a single machine to process over 100 tons of plastic waste per day.
